How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund, please:

• Visit paddle.net and enter the email you used at checkout, or
• Email us at support@wisefinly.app and we'll help you process the refund through Paddle.

After 30 days

Refund requests after 30 days will be considered on a case-by-case basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings — cancellation stops future billing.

Subscriptions and trials

If you're on a free trial, you won't be charged until the trial ends. If you cancel before the trial ends, no charge is made. Subscription fees are billed in advance for the upcoming period.
