1. Who we are
WiseFinly (the "Service") is provided by WiseFinly. By accessing or using the Service you are entering into an agreement with us. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization.
2. Acceptance
By continued use of the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Please provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to:
- Any unlawful, fraudulent, or spammy activity.
- Infringing intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
- Interfering with security, integrity, or performance of the Service (malware, probing, scraping, etc.).
5. Intellectual property
WiseFinly retains ownership of the Service and its intellectual property, including software, documentation, and branding. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your selected plan.
6. Service level
The Service is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it running smoothly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance.
7. Payments and subscriptions
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. For payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics, please refer to Paddle's Buyer Terms.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for:
- Material breach of these terms.
- Non-payment of fees.
- Security or fraud risk.
- Repeated or serious policy violations.
9. Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
10. Liability
Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages (including lost profits, data, or goodwill). Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where prohibited by law.

12. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in the app or by email.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the seller's jurisdiction.
